An efficient cloudlet scheduling via bin packing in cloud computing

<p>In this ever-developing technological world, one way to manage and deliver services is through cloud computing, a massive web of heterogenous autonomous systems that comprise adaptable computational design. Cloud computing can be improved task scheduling, albeit it being the most challenging aspect improved. Better scheduling improve response time, reduce power consumption processing enhance makespan throughput, increase profit by reducing operating costs raising system reliability. This study aims job transferring problem into bin packing problem. Three modifies implementations algorithms were proposed used for (MBPTS) based on minimisation makespan. The results, which open-source simulator CloudSim, demonstrated MBPTS was adequate optimise balance waiting time makespan, utilisation resource in comparison current such as particle swarm optimisation (PSO) first come serve (FCFS).</p>
